Invitation by the Festival covers:
• bed and breakfast in a hotel room
• lunch per day
• travel expenses: flights to Budapest up to 400 euro/person and transfer from the airport to Miskolc vice versa. IMPORTANT: the flight ticket is booked and paid by the Hungarian Federation of Film Societies!
Important: arrival 10.09.2010 - being present for the opening
ceremony at 17.00; departure 19.09.2010
The latest possible deadline for registration as a jury member: July 29th
IMPORTANT: including a printable portrait Photo (jpg, tiff, 300dpi –
minimum!) and as well a short biography
The jury will judge the feature film section includes 13 pictures!
Information about the Festival
Since the first CineFest in 2004 the Miskolc festival is on a promising way to become a major Central European film event. Year by year, the International Film Festival for Young Filmmakers attracts thousands of film fans and visitors from the whole world. The former industrial city of Northern Hungary, Miskolc, the third most populated city of the country - thanks to the significant innovations and careful restorations - is one of the cultural, touristic and spa centers of Hungary. The city's old houses, streets and places were almost completely renovated. Miskolc and its surroundings have many architectural, artistic and historical sites, as Lillafured, the medieval castle of Diosgyor or the nearby beautiful Bukk Mountain. The breathtaking cave bath and spa in Miskolc-Tapolca is a really unique natural formation. The flourishing CineFest, International Festival of Young Filmmakers will celebrate its 7th edition in September 2010, housing in a brand-new cultural complex House of Arts. Each year, after a careful pre-selection, the top 40-50 films have the opportunity to compete in the official program. Most of the films came from Central Europe, from the US and Germany, but we received films from Indonesia to South America. CineFest provides a unique look into international young cinema's landscape, screening features, documentaries, experimental works and animated shorts from all over the world.
El candidat que es presenta, adquireix el compromís d'assistir al festival. En cas de no ser així, haurà de proporcionar un substitut per al seu lloc al jurat del festival. També haurà d’enviar una fotografia i un cv.
Els membres del jurat han d'escriure un article en català i Anglès o Francès i portar un catàleg del festival per a la FCC.
